4. The stationary ball is moved

Except for partners or caddies, if someone else moves a stationary ball, or if it is moved by another ball, you are not penalized, but you must return the ball to its original position. If the stationary ball is moved by the wind or due to its own reasons, it will not be penalized, as long as it continues to be played in its current position.
5. The ball in motion is diverted or stopped
If the hit ball is diverted or stopped by oneself, a partner, a caddie, or equipment, a penalty stroke will be made, and then the ball will continue to be played in its current position (Golf Rules 19-2). 6. Picking up, throwing, and placing the ball
