Injection molding process flow

一、 Preparation of raw materials

1. According to product requirements, prepare the required plastic particles, such as PP, PE, PVC, etc.

2. Ensure that the raw materials are dry and free of impurities to ensure the quality of the finished product.

二、 Mold preparation

1. Prepare corresponding molds according to product requirements.

2. Check whether the mold is intact and whether it needs to be repaired or replaced.

3. Preheat the mold to improve injection efficiency.

三、 Injection molding

1. Place plastic particles into the injection molding machine for heating and melting.

After the molten plastic reaches the appropriate temperature and viscosity, the plastic is injected into the mold through an injection molding machine.

During the injection process, parameters such as injection pressure and injection speed should be controlled to ensure the molding effect.

四、 Cooling and shaping

After the injection is completed, the mold needs to be cooled at a certain temperature to shape the plastic.

2. The cooling time should be determined based on the complexity and volume of the product to ensure that it is fully shaped.

3. The finalized product should be free of defects such as bubbles and warping.

五、 Remove the product

1. Eject the shaped product from the mold through the ejection mechanism.

2. Be careful to avoid damage or deformation of the product during the ejection process.

3. Conduct quality checks on the removed products, such as size, appearance, etc.

六、 Quality inspection

1. Conduct comprehensive quality testing on the product, such as weight, dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, etc.

Only products that pass the inspection can enter the next process.

3. Classify and handle non-conforming products, such as rework, scrapping, etc.

七、 Post processing such as spraying and printing

1. According to product requirements, carry out post-processing such as spraying and printing.

2. When spraying, attention should be paid to the uniformity and adhesion of the coating; When printing, ensure the clarity and accuracy of text and patterns.

After the post-processing is completed, quality testing should be conducted again to ensure that the product meets the requirements.
