Q1:What is your cooperation process like?

Re:Our collaboration process is similar to a typical online shopping experience. Firstly, you will send us the processing drawings or samples, and our staff will evaluate and provide a quotation. After both parties agree, you can place an order and make payment. Confirm and pay the final payment, and please provide a true and objective evaluation. Due to the high cost of hardware materials and high machining costs, we may need to symbolically charge a partial deposit for certain parts. This portion of the deposit can be deducted from the later payment, and the specific amount and payment method will be notified separately.

 

Q2:What is the minimum order quantity for customized processing? How to charge for samples?

Re:Our minimum order quantity is one piece. For parts involving stamping, bending, CNC machining and other processes, the MOQ will be discussed separately. Individual pieces and samples are usually more expensive, because it is impossible to just need a small piece of material at the time of unloading, and the arrangement of numerical control, wire cutting and other procedures is not as convenient as mass production. It has always been our principle to make small profits and quick sales. However, in the case of mass production of parts, we promise to refund the difference in sample price (orders must be greater than 10K per order).

Re: Each processing plant has its own operating model. Although the machining equipment is much the same, the quality and service vary greatly. Re:If a product does not meet the requirements, we will first analyze the root cause of the problem. If it is our processing error, we will immediately arrange reprocessing or refund in full. If the product is unqualified due to the wrong drawing provided by the customer, we will negotiate a solution separately. Any problem can be solved satisfactorily through communication and negotiation until the customer is satisfied.
