Installation steps for door locks:

A. Ensure that the inclined plane of the inclined tongue is consistent with the direction of the door closing. When adjusting the direction of the lock body opening, pull the inclined tongue reversing plate upwards, push the inclined tongue into the lock body, rotate 180 °, and draw a line according to the installation paper to open the hole.

B. Place the lock body into the hole.

C. Pre tighten the lining plate screws.

D. Insert the square rod through the door panel into the lock body.

E. Install the inner and outer panels to ensure smooth rotation of the handles, and pre tighten the screws to ensure smooth rotation of the keys and knobs.

F. Install the buckle plate and buckle box, align the lock body, ensure that the lock tongue fits smoothly with it, and tighten the screws.

Product maintenance:

1. Special attention should be paid to opening the hole before applying paint and installing the lock only after the paint has dried. Never install a door lock before the paint is dry. The volatile gases in paint can reduce the lifespan of the lock.

2. During the process of opening and closing the door on weekdays, it is best to hold the handle and rotate the lock tongue into the lock body. After closing the door, release the handle and do not hit the door forcefully, otherwise the service life will be reduced. After using the lock for a period of time, it may not open smoothly. Do not drip engine oil into the lock core, and simply slide talcum powder or pencil core debris into the lock core.

3. Additionally, do not use a damp cloth to wipe the lock body and handle, as some metal locks may rust as a result; Alloy locks will wear off the coating and lose their aesthetic effect.

4. The erosion of acids, alkalis, and salts should be prevented, and the door locks should not be contaminated.

 

Maintenance recommendations：

1. Regularly rinse its surface with water and carefully dry it with a soft cloth.

2. Neutral and mild liquids and colorless glass cleaners can be used to remove surface dirt and scale films that are difficult to remove.

3. Avoid contact with acidic cleaning agents, coarse materials, or cleaning agents with abrasive properties.

 

Daily maintenance tips for stainless steel：

1. Scrub more and contact less alkaline substances.

2. If there is dust and dirt on the surface of stainless steel that is difficult to remove, it can be washed with soap, weak detergent, or warm water.

3. The grease, oil, and lubricating oil on the surface of stainless steel should be cleaned with a cloth and then cleaned with neutral detergent, ammonia solution, or special detergent.

4. If there is bleach and various acids attached, immediately rinse with water, then soak with ammonia solution or neutral carbon soda solution, and wash with neutral detergent or warm water.

5. The trademark and film on the surface should be washed with warm water and weak detergent, and the adhesive component should be wiped with alcohol or organic solvent.

6. When cleaning stainless steel faucets, do not use hard steel wire balls, chemicals or steel brushes to wipe them. Use a soft towel, soft cloth with water to wipe or use neutral cleaning agents, otherwise it may cause scratches or erosion.
