3.Stamping die structure and parts

6. Edge pressing ring: Edge pressing ring is used to press the material tightly in the mold, ensuring the flatness of the material and preventing it from moving during the processing.
7. Guiding parts: Guiding parts are used to guide the movement direction of the convex and concave molds, ensuring the closure accuracy of the mold and extending the service life of the mold.
4.Characteristics and Difficulties of Stamping Mold Process
The characteristics of stamping die technology mainly include the following aspects:
1. High precision: The machining accuracy of stamping molds requires high precision, reaching micrometer level or even higher.
2. High strength: Stamping molds need to withstand high pressure and high-frequency working loads, so they need to have high strength and wear resistance.
