For example, the most common PPS reinforced with 40% glass fiber endows PPS with various characteristics such as high fluidity, high wear resistance, high strength, high CTI, and low dielectric.
2. Filling modification: PPS is filled with minerals such as glass mineral filling (P201M65), which has characteristics such as low warpage, dimensional stability, high temperature resistance, and high strength. It has been successfully applied to components such as automotive thermostats, oil pumps, and electronic water pump casings.
