Material: Made of ASTMA197 malleable cast iron, with good mechanical properties and ductility. The surface of the frame product has undergone hot-dip galvanizing treatment in accordance with ASTMA153 standard, which can prevent rust and corrosion. According to customer requirements, different surfaces can also be used

To adapt to different usage environments.

Load bearing capacity:

The maximum load of the screw on the pipe must be ensured by the component, as shown in the figure below, that the pipe can be fully fastened to the frame component without any slip marks. A torque of 20 pounds (27.1 Newton meters) is applied to the assembled screw component, and a grade 40 standard steel pipe is used to apply the ultimate load of the pipe bending moment.
