Gravity Castings Aluminum 7075 for Aerospace Pump Auto Motorcycle Cylinder Head Al Pressure Casting

In the process of die casting, controlling the melting temperature and pouring pressure of metals or alloys is a very important link. Here are some suggestions to control these two parameters:

1. Melting temperature:

*The melting point of zinc alloy used for die casting is 382-386 ℃, and appropriate temperature control is an important factor in controlling the composition of zinc alloy.

*To ensure the good fluidity and filling of the alloy liquid cavity, the temperature of the metal liquid in the zinc pot of the die-casting machine is 415-430 ℃, and the upper limit of the die-casting temperature can be taken for thin-walled and complex parts; Thick walled parts and simple parts can have lower limits. The temperature of the molten metal in the central smelting furnace is 430~450 ℃. The temperature of the metal liquid entering the gooseneck tube is basically the same as the temperature inside the zinc pot.

*By controlling the temperature of the molten metal in the zinc pot, accurate control of the pouring temperature can be achieved. And achieve: the metal liquid is a clean liquid without oxides; The pouring temperature does not fluctuate.

2. Pouring pressure:

*During the pouring process, molten metal or alloy is injected into the mold through a nozzle, maintaining a certain pressure to fully solidify the casting.

*During the pressure maintaining process, maintain a certain pressure to ensure full solidification of the casting.
