Advantages of cold forged integrated radiator products:

1、 Excellent heat dissipation performance

The material of the cold extrusion radiator is 1070 pure aluminum, with a thermal conductivity of 226 W/m.K. After forging, the structure is more compact, and the blades can be 0.7mm thick to increase the thermal radiation surface area of the product, which is also an integrated type

The thermal conductivity of the die-casting product material is only about 90 W/m.K, and the blades cannot be too thin. Although the thermal conductivity of the car made aluminum profile can reach around 180 W/m.K, the radiator of the car made aluminum profile is a split type, and the joint has a huge impact on heat conduction. The comprehensive heat dissipation performance is only about 60-70% of that of the same type of material integrated heat dissipation product.

2、 Save product costs and improve product lifespan

Compared to conventional car made aluminum profile radiators and aluminum alloy die-casting radiators, cold forged integrated radiators with the same volume and shape can be used for heat dissipation of high-power products; Alternatively, two cold extruded integrated radiators with the same volume and shape, as well as conventional aluminum car made radiators, can be used on bulbs of the same power. Using an integrated radiator will greatly reduce the accumulated temperature inside the product and significantly improve its service life.

3、 Excellent appearance and texture

The surface of the cold forged integrated radiator can be anodized, while the surface of die-casting products cannot be anodized and can only be painted. Due to thermal expansion and contraction, the paint may fall off after a period of use. At the same time, the paint also suppresses the radiation diffusion of heat, affecting both the appearance and heat dissipation. The integrated cold extrusion (cold forging) heat sink has become a heat dissipation component for high-end LED bulb lights, spotlights, etc
