QC3.0 Mobile Charger Test Report
1, Overview
This test report aims to evaluate the performance of QC3.0 mobile phone chargers. Through a series of tests, we will comprehensively understand the performance of the charger in terms of charging speed, charging stability, compatibility, and safety.
2, Testing Environment and Methods
1. Testing environment
The environment for this test is an indoor constant temperature laboratory, with a temperature of 25 ± 2 ℃ and a humidity of 60 ± 5%. The testing equipment includes QC3.0 mobile phone charger, test phone, charging cable, power socket, and timer.
2. Testing methods
We will follow the following steps for testing:
(1) Charging speed test: Record the time required to charge the tested phone using the QC3.0 phone charger at 0%, 50%, and 90% battery levels.
(2) Charging stability test: During the charging process, record the battery percentage of the tested phone every 5 minutes until the charging is complete. Observe whether there is a sudden decrease or increase in battery level during the charging process.
(3) Compatibility test: Use QC3.0 mobile phone charger to charge multiple different types of phones to verify their compatibility.
(4) Safety testing: Verify the safety performance of the charger under abnormal conditions through overload testing, short circuit testing, and high temperature testing.
3, Test results and analysis
1. Charging speed test results
By conducting charging speed tests at 0%, 50%, and 90% battery levels, we found that the QC3.0 mobile phone charger performs excellently in charging speed at various battery stages. At 0% battery level, the time required to fully charge is 1 hour and 40 minutes; At 50% battery level, the time required to fully charge is 40 minutes; At 90% battery level, the time required to fully charge is 30 minutes.
2. Charging stability test results
During the charging process, we found that the battery percentage of the tested phone changed steadily and there was no sudden decrease or increase in battery level. This indicates that the QC3.0 mobile phone charger performs stably during the charging process.
3. Compatibility test results
By charging multiple different types of mobile phones, we found that the QC3.0 mobile phone charger has good compatibility. It can work normally on both Android and Apple phones, and the charging speed and stability are excellent.
4. Security test results
During the overload test, the charger automatically powered off without any abnormal heating phenomenon; In the short circuit test, the charger can also automatically cut off power without any short circuit accidents; During high-temperature testing, the surface temperature of the charger is maintained within a safe range. These results indicate that QC3.0 mobile phone chargers have high safety.
