Mold trial process

1.Preparatory work

1) Application of test mould materials: Before application, the application quantity should be estimated according to the sample quantity, pitch and test mould material consumption;

2) Adjust each adjusting slider of the mold to the outermost part to avoid damaging the mold;

3) Selection of testing machine: consider parameters such as tonnage, accuracy, stroke, size of working face, size of blanking hole, height of mold, difficulty of adjusting machine, etc.

2.Test mode

1) Mold frame: ensure that there is no waste debris and other debris on the working table and mold base of the punching machine; The mold should be in the center of the work surface and parallel to the work surface; The mold and the punch table and the upper slider should be firmly fastened; At the same time, the closing height is adjusted to the Stopper gap of 0 ~ 0.05mm. When there is no material, the gap between S02A and P01A is 0.15 ~ 0.20mm.

2) Feeding: manual feeding is used for the initial feeding. First, the bar is passed through the mold (except for guide plate type), after positioning the bar with the side roller of the feeder, remove the bar, and then send the bar to the punching process hole station between the first guide pin (but can not make the blade side cutting force). Then the guide pin is positioned accurately through the positioning hole, and a Pitch is sent into the pitch one by one. When feeding, it is necessary to carefully observe the anomalies during feeding, such as belt material, file material, flash position is not enough.

3) Mold adjustment and maintenance: first eliminate the obstacles that affect the continuous feeding of continuous stamping die: belt material, card material, file material, etc.; Secondly, solve the problems that affect the appearance of the product: chip jumping, indentation, mold marks, strain, insufficient flash, etc., while dealing with the problem of plugging; Finally adjust and repair the product size parameters, functional parameters and assembly parameters. Fill in the test report according to the adjustment and maintenance status of the test mold, and correct the mold drawing.

3.Sample production and measurement

1) Sample production: manual feeding or automatic feeding to produce the required number of samples with OK size, appearance, function and assembly;

2) Sample measurement: Measure the sample size and functional parameters according to the product blueprint, and fill in the independent inspection record.

Finally, the sample, independent inspection record, set up the test report, the revised mold drawing together to the design engineer.
