In the manufacturing process of aluminum radiators, the following special processes or materials may be used:
1. Die casting molding: Depending on the type and model of electronic products, the electronic aluminum profile heat sink that needs to be installed may vary in size and appearance specifications. Die casting molding is the process of melting aluminum alloy into a liquid state, filling it into a metal model, and using a die casting machine to directly mold it into a heat sink.
2. Baking paint: If ordinary electronic aluminum profile heat sinks do not undergo surface processing treatment, the surface will have rough, granular, and rough edges, and baking paint can effectively cover these drawbacks.
3. Wire drawing: Paint baking can create the appearance color of electronic aluminum profile radiators, but it obscures the metallic luster of the aluminum profile panel. To preserve the metallic texture of electronic aluminum profile radiators while appearing beautiful, wire drawing technology is the best solution.
4. Electroplating: Electroplating is a processing process that improves the physical properties and enhances the appearance of electronic aluminum profile radiators. Electroplating is the coating of a relatively thin metal layer on the surface of aluminum profiles, which can enhance the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance of electronic radiators. In addition, the use of metal coatings with stronger thermal conductivity can further enhance the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation capacity of electronic radiators.
5. Forging process: After heating the aluminum block to the lowering point, it is formed by filling the mold with high pressure. Its advantages are that the fin height can reach over 50mm and the thickness is less than 1mm, which can achieve the maximum heat dissipation area in the same volume. Moreover, forging is easy to achieve good dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
The use of these processes and materials can improve the performance and appearance quality of aluminum radiators, meeting the needs of different products.
