Model Features：
★The base of this series of models is made of seamless welded directly integrated rail steel, which is anti oxidation and not easily deformed.

★The workbench is made of quenched gray cast iron die-casting, and the Y-axis motor base adopts an integrated design with the workbench.

★The gantry crossbeam is made of integrated U-shaped quenched AI-Si aluminum alloy die-casting, which has strong deformation resistance characteristics.

★Moving beam motion mode, with a smaller footprint, facilitates the disassembly and assembly of large workpieces.

★The conventional precision plate can be clamped and processed in a single process with a width of over 1000 * 800mm, and the material utilization rate can reach over 95%.

The M series model's spacious worktop and sturdy bed structure have made it a popular choice for processing both metal and non-metallic materials. Metal plates (such as titanium alloy, yellow purple copper, and aluminium alloy) may typically have their thickness processed to within 20mm, while non-metallic plates can have their thickness processed to within 35mm. It is extensively used in a variety of industries, including the production of solar photovoltaic graphite panels, electrical insulation boards, acrylic (PC) panels, engineering plastic parts, building models, aluminium alloy chassis panels, large-scale aluminium copper plate stamping moulds, ceramic tile forming moulds, and electronic tooling (testing) fixtures.
