Our inspection equipment is imported from the Japanese brand Mitutoyo, such as high-end automatic coordinate measuring machine, coordinate measuring machine, high quality height meter, roughness measurement, etc.

Testing equipment:
① Inspection room list:
Preparation of surface treatment of semi-finished processing parts, processing personnel during the inspection of the workpiece and finished products will be tested in the quality control room. Preparation before testing: 1. Confirm whether all the information in the drawing is correct before testing. 2. Calibration of measuring tools before testing. 3. Clean the surface of the product before testing. The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the dimensions marked on the drawing. Qualified products are carried out the next process, and unqualified products are filled in the defective products and repaired or abandoned and remade.
②Three coordinate room at a glance:
There are three coordinate detector, tool microscope and other testing equipment in the coordinate room, and the temperature control in the room should be stricter. The workpiece before detection needs to be placed at 22-24 degrees Celsius before detection. Testing personnel need to be trained and qualified before operating this testing equipment.
③The use of a tool microscope:
For smaller custom machining service workpieces, dimensions are usually measured on a 2D plane. For example, measuring the aperture and hole distance of about Φ1, the position that the measuring tool cannot touch and the relatively fragile measuring contact surface. Using a tool microscope allows you to zoom in on local details of the product for precise measurements.
④The use of high precision automatic high measuring machines:
Process inspection and final inspection commonly used tools, easy to operate. Marble platform as the benchmark. It is usually used to measure the height of the workpiece, the overall size, the size between the faces, and the size between the center of the circle and the faces. The accuracy is about 0.005-0.01mm.
⑤The use of a three-dimensional measuring wrist:
Measurements are made on workpieces that are difficult to move, or lathe machined parts that are being machined on equipment that cannot be repeatedly clamped. When encountering products in similar situations, the measuring arm can be moved and used as long as it is fixed on a stable plane and calibrated. The function is similar to the coordinate detector, but it is more flexible.
⑥Use of ordinary measuring tools:
The most common detection method at work. Measuring tools include micrometer, inner micrometer, digital caliper, depth ruler, stopper gauge, feeler ruler, measuring block, etc. After the inspection personnel get the products to be inspected, they will carry out a full inspection according to the requirements of the drawings, and cover their own name stamp after passing the test. Finally, the inspection drawing with the name of the inspector will be sent to the customer with the product. For product quality traceability.
⑦Rockwell hardness tester:
Hardness testing is an important part of product testing. According to customer's processing requirements, if there is a need for heat treatment of the product. We will arrange the heat treatment outsourcing factory for processing. The product after heat treatment needs to be sent to the quality inspection room for hardness testing.
