The principle of liquid nitrogen cooling CPU is mainly to use the volatilization characteristics of liquid nitrogen to release it inside the equipment, and absorb heat through the heat conduction of the gas, thereby cooling the equipment. The boiling point of liquid nitrogen is -196 degrees Celsius, much lower than the heating temperature of the CPU, so it can quickly remove the heat from the CPU and achieve cooling effect.
The reason why the efficiency of liquid nitrogen cooling CPU is higher than other cooling methods is mainly because liquid nitrogen has an extremely low temperature, which can absorb and take away a large amount of heat in a short period of time. In contrast, traditional air-cooled radiators typically only dissipate heat through air convection, resulting in lower efficiency. In addition, the impact of liquid nitrogen cooling on electronic devices is very small, and it is not easily volatile and can maintain a continuous low temperature. Therefore, liquid nitrogen cooling the CPU has a higher efficiency and is a very effective cooling method.
