1. Support legs (steel structure)

In order to install the radiator to a suitable height, it is necessary to use support legs or steel structures to support and fix it. The support legs are welded with folded steel plates. If the support height is greater than or equal to 1 meter, a steel structure made of section steel is used to support it. It is composed of columns, beams, etc., and has good stability. It can be used for single or combined use of the radiator. The specific steel structure should be designed according to customer requirements and usage environment.

2. Core group

The core group is the core component of a radiator, where cold air flows through the core group at a certain flow rate to cool the hot water (oil) inside the tube, achieving the purpose of heat exchange. The core group adopts a rigid and independent structure, which is convenient for overall loading, unloading, and assembly; The cooling core group is composed of several cooling tubes, Kelvin's proprietary fin type heat dissipation fins, front and rear tube plates, middle tube plates, left and right side plates, and header. The cooling tubes are made of corrosion-resistant copper or copper alloy or stainless steel materials arranged in a regular triangle. The fins and cooling tubes are connected by internal expansion, and the core group adopts measures suitable for the thermal expansion of the fin tubes; A support beam is installed below the lowest row of finned tubes, which is fixed to the side plate of the core group. Each row of finned tubes in the support beam area is evenly distributed with support components. The header is equipped with a drain valve, which serves as a discharge, drainage, and vent port. Typically, the fins are made of aluminum strip, and protective coatings can be attached to the fins according to customer needs, or copper fins can be used.

3. Fan

In addition, there are also air ducts, protective nets, and brackets. The driving mechanism adopts a three-phase motor with a protection level of IP55 and a voltage of 380V to 415V. 4. Expansion water (oil) tank (user selectable)

The function of the expansion water (oil) tank is to adjust the volume of the liquid in the pipeline system when the temperature of the liquid increases through the expansion water (oil) tank. It is made of steel parts and has undergone anti-corrosion treatment on the outside. In most cases, it will be installed at the top of the radiator, and its position will always be higher than the highest point in the pipeline system to avoid overflow or air inclusion in the pipeline. The expansion water (oil) tank is equipped with a liquid medium inlet with a positive pressure of 0.05MPa/negative pressure of -0.01MPa, and one or more liquid level gauges with different connection methods can also be installed on it (if necessary, electrical signal output can also be added). The exhaust hole and liquid inlet hole can be connected with hoses to the input and output headers of the radiator, and can adapt to continuous operation.

5. Air chamber

The air chamber is a connecting component between the radiator structure component and the fan. Each fan occupies a separate air chamber and is not connected to other fans or air chambers. The air chamber adopts an independent structure, which has the advantages of low material consumption, low air resistance, simple production, and good rigidity. The material is mainly galvanized steel plate, which is connected to the core group with bolts or rivets. The material of the air chamber can be subjected to special anti-corrosion treatment according to customer requirements, and the internal windshield partition can achieve separate operation of each fan without affecting each other.
