Installation steps for aluminum profile radiator:
1.please open the packaging of the aluminum radiator and install the vent valve and union first.
2. The position of the hole for installing the special hook can be marked on the wall according to the provided installation diagram or relevant requirements
3. When installing aluminum profile radiators, it is necessary to consider the damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the heating pipes to the radiators.
4. Place the 12 expansion pipes in and flat.
5. Please use an impact drill to drill 12 holes, with a depth that is suitable when the expansion pipe is inserted and its outer edge is flush with the wall.
6. Install the bottom hook and tighten the screws after meeting the requirements.
7. Place the aluminum profile radiator on the installed hook at the bottom, adjust the position of the hook by installing the upper hook, and tighten the expansion screw only after it is tightened. When placing the radiator, place the vent valve above.
8. After installing and assembling the pipeline joints, install the pipelines according to the drawing requirements and connect them to the inlet and outlet. Tighten all parts, with the rear side 3.5cm away from the wall and 5cm away from the skirting line.
9. Please input hot water, open the vent valve, and vent until water flows out. The aluminum profile radiator should not exceed the working pressure listed in the manual by 0.12Mpa during operation
10. The oxygen content in the heating medium shall not exceed 0.05g per square meter. The medium used for radiators should be water with a pH of 9 ≤ 9, and with internal anti-corrosion measures, pH ≤ 12
