The following is a basic schematic diagram of a constant temperature electric kettle:

1. Power plug and power switch: A switch that provides power and control circuits.

2. Temperature sensor: detects the temperature of water in the kettle.

3. Control circuit: Control the switch of the heater based on the reading of the temperature sensor to maintain a constant water temperature.

4. Heater: converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat water.

5. Kettle body: accommodates water and maintains water temperature.

6. Temperature setting knob: allows users to set the desired water temperature.

7. Indicator light: Indicates the working status of the heater (heating/insulation).

Working principle:

Users can set the desired water temperature through the temperature setting knob. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the control circuit will turn off the heater.
