二、Service process:

1. Quotation based on drawings and samples:

① Provide drawings (format: CAD, PDF, IGS, STP) or samples, including information such as quantity required, materials, precision tolerances, surface treatment, and special requirements. Our factory can make appropriate modifications or designs to the drawings according to customer needs. Directly send the drawings to Wangwang customer service or print them,

② The response time for the quotation should be provided within 10 minutes at the fastest and 24 hours at the slowest, except for special circumstances. Ensure that customers who receive drawings or samples respond promptly.

2. Price:

Negotiate with customers and promise to do our best as a team to provide lower prices. The standard factors for providing good service include quality, delivery time, after-sales service, and service attitude.

3. Delivery date:

① Production time: You can communicate with us anytime and anywhere to keep track of the processing progress. We will follow up throughout the process, and if there are any changes in the delivery time, we will communicate and negotiate with the customer in advance;

② Logistics delivery: Due to the heavy weight of mechanical products, the delivery method needs to be negotiated by both parties.

4. After sales:

After the customer receives the product, if the product does not meet the requirements, we will first analyze the problem. If it is a mistake in our processing, we will arrange for rework or a full refund as soon as possible. If the product is scrapped due to incorrect buyer drawings, we will discuss separately.
