Double shielded network cable is a type of network cable with a double shielding layer, mainly used in strong interference environments, such as gigabit Ethernet or bandwidth gigabit Ethernet.

 

The internal structure of double shielded network cables is usually wrapped with a layer of aluminum foil and a layer of metal woven mesh outside each core wire, and then there is a shielding layer outside all the core wires. This design can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference and improve the stability and reliability of transmission.

 

The transmission speed and distance of the dual shielded network cable vary depending on the model and specification. Generally speaking, the transmission rate of dual shielded network cables can reach 10Mbps, with a maximum transmission distance of about 10 meters. If further transmission distances are required, other types of network cables or optical fibers may be required.

 

In addition, the wiring process of double shielded network cables is relatively complex, requiring the use of shielding accessories and a good grounding system. Re: no, plating process with current technology can't be all color, can only do several conventional color, such as: black, white, gray, silver, gold, etc.

Re: Customer's logo can be embossed on our case. But you need to send us the logo in AI or Cdr or PSD format. We will ask our designer to make a drawing for you to have a check how it looks on our case.
